What you get
You get one working product flow, live with real users, not a prototype.
We cut the idea down to the one flow that proves it. Then we design and build that flow with its states and edge cases, sign in, data storage and the one integration it depends on. It ships as a web app, or as a mobile app in test builds for iOS and Android.
You also get the source repository, the design file with the shipped screens, an analytics baseline and a written plan for the first 30 days after launch.
How the work runs
The first half day fixes the scope and the price, and nothing is built before that.
In the scoping session we agree the one flow that has to work and list what is out. Design then runs a few days ahead of engineering, so the first demo already shows a working build. You see one demo per week, and the product goes to production by the end of the second week. The repository, the design file and the infrastructure accounts are yours from day one.
What it does not cover
The two-week MVP fits one focused flow, and we say so when an idea is bigger.
Platforms with several user roles, marketplaces, native apps for both stores in the same sprint, brand identity and a marketing site are outside it. For those we scope a custom project, usually Mobile App Development or Web App Development.
