We design for each platform and build one React Native codebase that ships to iOS and Android. Store listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and the review cycles are part of the work, as are the first weeks after launch. When a project needs fully native code, we say so and scope it that way.

You hold a working test build on your phone every week from the first sprint.

Discovery and product design come first, then the build in weekly increments. Feedback on each build goes into the next one. Design and the first release are priced as fixed phases. After launch most clients keep us on a monthly retainer, and others take over in house.

We do not start a full build when one flow would answer your question.

If you need to test an idea first, the two-week MVP puts a single flow in front of users before a bigger investment. We also do not take over an existing app blind. We start with a code and product audit, then agree whether to evolve or rebuild it.
