What was the problem?

Vespucci Partners, a venture capital firm in Budapest, already ran its investment work on a proprietary tool. It wanted the next version: the same kind of app, thought further, with a new UX and UI and more features.

The platform has to cover the whole investment process: tracking deal flow, managing the portfolio and following each investment step by step.

Our role: everything except development

Vespucci Partners commissioned INVEX from us. We did the research, UX, UI and the prototype. Development was not part of our work. The research built on data from Vespucci and on the tool its team already used.

A decision that shaped the platform

Copying forms without touching the original

In INVEX a form can be copied for a new VC while the original stays exactly as it was, the way it worked in the old tool, and changes are tracked. We put a lot of thought into this, because a copy must never change the form it came from.
