What was the problem?
Mortgage Mate, a fintech startup from Australia, is building an app that helps individuals manage their mortgage and keep on top of paying it back. To find its design, the company ran a contest on 99designs, and nearly 60 international entries came in.
What we delivered
Our winning entry
The brief was very well written, so we followed it closely and added our own expertise where it left room. The client had a clear visual identity in mind and shared examples of it. We worked within that identity without copying the examples.
Our concept was selected as the winning design. As we understand it, the client picked it because it followed their brief most closely. The work was design only. Mortgage Mate chose a local team for the development.
