What was the problem?
Teams that manage work and clients often have to choose between tools that are too complex and tools that are too basic. Gammatica was set up to sit between the two. The benchmark was clear from the start: as intuitive as Linear, as flexible as Asana, and easier to use than ClickUp.
Gammatica is the product of Viktor Dániel Várhegyi's software company in Hungary. He needed a complete design for the platform, and we joined as the design partner.
What we delivered
Our role: design partner from UX to prototype
Our scope was design: the UX and UI, the design system and the prototype. The design phase ran from February to May 2024, and Gammatica is now live.
We worked in short loops with Viktor. We sketched, prototyped and tested features, then refined them with his feedback, looking for the point where the product can do a lot without becoming confusing.

• The UX and UI of the platform, for desktop and mobile.
• A design system with the shared components and rules behind every screen.
• A prototype to test features and flows.
• Interfaces for the AI features that run through the product.
